5 DELIGHTFUL DIVAS: "Cooper McKenzie has brought new life back to her Club Esoteria series. I am in no way saying I haven’t enjoyed each and every story along the way, and I highly recommend the series as a whole. But as series tend to do, the spark and pizzazz wanes as you move along, and it takes real talent to pump up the storyline so that it’s again gripping and engaging for the reader. Ms. McKenzie has done that in Jillian’s Master. His Sub’s Submissive (Book 1) and Caught by the Master (Book 2) were my absolute favorites thus far, but Jillian’s Master (Book 5) gives them a run for their money. Jillian’s Master is an intriguing tale to say the least, both passionate and heartfelt. You are submerged into the story right at the beginning and the passion of Master Gunner and Jillian takes you through to the very last page. There aren’t any dull moments in this book. And, as far as I’m concerned, Master Gunner gives Master Taurus a run for the title of best Master in this series—although, I think Master Taurus might still win out…it’s darn close though. Absolutely fantastic addition to the Club Esoteria series. I immensely enjoyed reading about Master Gunner and Jillian, and I can’t wait to see what is in store for us next in this series. 4 HEARTS: "As always a trip to club Esoteria is an exciting one full of adventure. I enjoyed seeing the club as well as the lifestyle through Jillian’s eyes. She may be a strong businesswoman but in the bedroom she is a submissive at heart. She is frightened of her intense feelings yet when confronted she pulls herself together and aims for that brass ring. Gunner is not only a great Dom but he is also a great man. On top of that, she's incredibly conscious of her reputation since her relationship with her father is more complex than most. She's visiting Club Esoteria for her second time when Master Gunner identifies her as a submissive he would like to train. Although, she's read novels about it, she’s never tried the submissive life before. Jillian is smart, strong, has doubts, and is willing to go after what she wants. Her journey is interesting to follow. Watching Gunner ignite with Jillian was arousing. There was just something about their chemistry that sucked me in. Their sex was smoking hot and detailed. But it's not the sex scenes that I'll remember most about this book. Ms. McKenzie created such a compelling pull between Jillian and Gunner that their conversation literally amazed me. Jillian's fears, Gunner's compassion and understanding...just, wow! I will say this, although I've only given Jillian's Master 4 cherries, I'd actually classify the whole Club Esoteria series as at least 5 cherries overall. There's just something about the Club Esoteria world that I've fallen in love with. I've enjoyed each book and I'd say the sum of all the books create a wonderful reading experience. I'd kind of equate it to Nora Roberts' Macgregor series. Each book is good, but together they're incredible. I preordered this book and hope another one is coming. The characters were so intense and well developed that it was amazing. I left sorry for him because he was into Jillian but good things come to those who wait. You will be burning up in just reading about Gunner’s passion for Jillian and vise versa. It was amazing. He followed her into the house without comment. Once inside, he did not look around as she expected. Instead, he waited until she closed the door and automatically threw the deadbolt.

Only then did he speak. “Strip.”

Jillian glanced at the windows at the same time she toed off her shoes. One of the big reasons she loved her little house was the many windows that flooded the room with light. Instead of more traditional mini-blinds or full curtains, she opted for café curtains which gave her privacy at the same time it allowed sunlight to stream in through the top half of the windows.

She bit her lip. She’d agreed to this. She wanted him to train her. It was now time to put up or shut up. Without pause, she reached down and struggled to pull her dress over her head without messing up her hair. After laying it on the club chair next to the door, her bra followed and she was naked.

“Mmmm, beautiful,” he murmured, his eyes tracking down her body from hairline to toes. Only then did he look around the room, checking out the furniture. “Come here,” he said, leading the way to the small dining room at the back of the house.
