I knew without looking at the antique grandfather clock in the corner that Donovan was awake and probably drinking his breakfast as he did each morning. I didn't hear his movements. He didn't whistle as he wandered through the eight–bedroom storybook castle he had constructed over the last two years. I did not track the sunset. I did not have to. My body told me when Donovan woke up. My cunt grew damp and my attention wandered from whatever I was doing. The closer he came, the more my body prepared itself for sex.
"New York closed lower as did all the markets."
I spoke in a normal tone though Donovan was still at the opposite end of the building. He had given me free run of the castle, but I had yet to explore the wing that housed Donovan's suite.
"Gunter called from Germany and wants you to call him back ASAP. Someone named Sebastian wants to know when you'll be arriving so he can finalize arrangements. Are you going out of town?"
I felt silly talking to an empty office, but, it was best to get the minutiae out of the way as soon as he woke. Once we were in the same room, thoughts of phone messages and world stock markets were forgotten until we had both orgasmed at least once, and most evenings twice. Now that I had been in my position for a month, I realized I needed a few sneaky tricks to get the work done before sex completely took over our focus.
