I thought this book had very interesting secondary characters as well, with their own stories to tell, and I wanted to know more about them and their lives. There were times I felt a little lost, as I have not read the previous books in this series so some of the storylines mentioned with the other characters might have meant more to me if I had been following this series from the beginning, but I have to say Tonya Ramagos is a great story teller and this reader will be getting more of her books to read in the future.
