5 RAVENS: "Wow, what a wild ride. Here I thought the first book in this series was great, but two had me completely at attention. Mandy Rosko delivers a stellar addition to her work inThe Wolf’s Pack. As the pressure builds Shelley and Michael, as well as the pack, find themselves under attack. Still the question is who will make it to the next part of the journey? Michael, still being chased for his silver pelt, finds himself handing over the rains. For the hero of this series, I felt Michael has grown in this book in that he feels surer of himself. His quest to keep his pack safe as well as Shelley might prove to be harder than he thought. You can’t help but love Shelley. She is as spunky as ever and refuses to be put in a corner. I enjoy seeing her in her Alpha female role. Now, there are some down moments, as well as a rip my heart out scene. *sniff* I have to ask Ms. Rosko, will we ever see Deena again? There are some interesting twists coming, I can feel it. She turned on Michael. There was a cautious concern in his eyes. “Baby, what—”

She shut him up really quickly by putting her mouth over his, winding her fingers into his long, sandy hair. There was that one second where he tensed up, the shock of her forcefulness stunning him into immobility before he swooped down on her like an eagle on prey, arms surrounding her much smaller frame, winding around her back and her legs before picking her right off the floor. Instead of tossing her onto the bed like she’d expected, he slammed her into the door.

He swallowed her gasp with his mouth, never releasing her lips, and Shelley wound her legs around his hips, her sex swelling in anticipation as it came into contact with Michael’s throbbing prick.
