It is fun and interesting to watch them try to show her that after what they did. The book flows very smoothly. There is enough action but the story focuses more on the relationship between Callie, Nate, and Zane and how they work it out, especially under pressure and a threat. Nate and Zane are both alpha males, and I love them. It is great to watch them try and assimilate to small town life while also dealing with their woman. As undercover DEA agents they had to give up their life outside the biker gang they were attempting to take down and that meant forgoing to chance of a lifetime with Callie. When fate brings them all together in Bliss, will Callie be able to forgive them for leaving with barely a note, will Nate be able to forgive himself for failing Zane and will Zane be able to move past the nightmares of the Barbarians? You won’t want to miss their story!! Ms. Oak has an amazing voice for ménage relationships. I can only imagine the difficulty in writing the incredibly hot scenes when it only involves one man and woman much less throwing in a whole other body. With Ms. Oak’s writing you never feel that you lose the chemistry or the plot for the sake of the scene. As I mentioned before, Two To Love is the follow-up to Three To Ride, but it is very much a stand alone book. Although, after you read one I can’t imagine not wanting to read the other. If you have enjoyed the first two books in the Nights In Bliss series like I have you’ll be happy to hear that there is one more book planned for Stephen and Jennifer called One To Keep! 5 STARS: "Sophie Oak is an amazing writer. She's the Queen of Menage Romances for me this year, and TWO TO LOVE is no exception. She's written another amazing story and has ended her debut year of writing with a bang! TWO TO LOVE is the story of Callie, Nate and Zane, and the second book in the Nights in Bliss, Colorado series. Callie was first introduced in the first book in the series, THREE TO RIDE. I don't think it's necessary to read the first book to thoroughly enjoy this one, but if you don't read it, I think you'd be missing out on a wonderful introduction to Bliss, Colorado--not to mention a steamy, sexy read. So, Callie had this amazing weekend with two sexy and hunky men, Zane and Nate, six years ago. She thought they had something, but quickly put that thought aside when after the weekend ended, she was left with some crummy note and no way to contact them. She never got over them, and is surprised to find that the town's new sheriff is none other than Nate. As much as she wants to hate him, she's still insanely attracted to him, but he acts like he hates her. She finds out that Zane is in town too, and decides that maybe she can have them again for a time. But there are people who wanted Zane dead after an undercover mission went terribly wrong. And, they will have to get rid of the danger before Callie can have her two men to love. There aren't enough glowing words I can write about this book that would do it justice. It's fantastic! It's the right blend of plot, character development, romance, erotica, action and suspense. Add in the quirky town of Bliss and some memorable characters and you end up with perfection. The main characters are so well developed. They have so much to offer than what's on the surface, and that's made apparent in the book. Callie is just a great heroine, she's comfortable in her own skin, and she's not afraid to go after what she wants or to stand up for what she believes in, no matter how unconventional. She's the perfect woman for Nate and Zane, who are these alpha men that would run over a weaker woman. Zane is a man who has so much more in him than people give him credit for. There are only two people who have ever really seen him for who he is and that happens to be Callie and Nate. I love that. I love that although they don't have a sexual relationship, Nate and Zane are soul mates--two halves of a whole, and they acknowledge that in each other. Nate has let his "daddy issues" shape him his whole life and he doesn't even realize it, and I felt that I was watching him mature and become his own man with every page turn. There are a few recurring characters (and I do mean characters) like Mel, the guy who feels the aliens are coming to invade; Teeny and Marie, the lesbian couple whose son is the town's deputy sheriff; Stefan, the sexy, rich, Dom artist-in-residence; Jen, the woman who loves him; and the list goes on. They all come together to add such a rich dimension to the story, to make it more tangible and realistic. We also get to see Rye, Max, and Rachel Harper again and get a look into how their life is going since we last saw them starting their lives together in THREE TO RIDE. The plot was excellent and gripping. This is a different story than the first book, so you don't have to read them in order or even read the first one to understand this one. The pacing was good. There were no slow spots, and at no time was I ever not glued to the pages while reading. The sex was hot, steamy, erotic and sensual, and very plentiful without being over the top.
