Fierre is struggling in her new life as a servant on Planet Electa. Since the death of her abusive first master she has been serving Master Thomas, a man who shows her every kindness in the world.
A silly mistake makes her run away from the only man who’s ever cared for her, and then an unexpected night of lovemaking leaves her with a choice to make.
Should she forget her kind Master and move away forever, or reach inside herself for the strength she knows is there and fight for the life she never dreamed was possible.
“You left. Quit. Without even telling me!"
Master Thomas's pink skin shone like the setting sun as he glared at her.
“I'm sorry.” She dipped her head and swallowed hard. It had been cruel to leave him as she had.
Noises of her neighbors in the corridor made her push back, closing the door so that no one knew he was here.
“Tell me why, Fierre.”
She clung tighter to her clothes, her bare legs squirming as she stood beneath her Master's significant body.
That ache in her belly had returned, the one she always felt when he was around.
His fingers grabbed her chin and lifted her head until they were eye to eye. She lifted her chin to break contact, but he held tight, staring down at her.
“Was I cruel? Did I mistreat you in some way?”
A sob caught in her throat as she shook her head.
“Then why, Fierre? Why did you leave me?”
She swallowed hard, the pain in her throat forcing the words out.
“Because I was ashamed of how I acted in front of you and your guest.”
He scrunched up his face, his eyebrows lowering over his eyes.
“And how was that, Fierre? Angry? Jealous that another woman touched me?”
Fierre clenched her teeth hard and tried to get away from him, but he pressed up against her body, moving her back until her spine pressed against the door, with it clicking into place with a decisive snick.
She gasped and lifted her face. “Don't say that.”
It couldn't be true.
“Why not? I've seen the way you look at me. I can feel the heat in your body. Are you telling me I can't?”
He lifted his hand and grabbed her shirt she held in her hand, pulling it down her body and tossing it across the room.
Her breath shuddered in her chest as she struggled to draw air in.
He stepped closer again, his warm hands coming up to cup her small breasts, his thumbs caressing their tight peaks.
Lust curled through her chest making her knees shake and a moan leave her lips.
“Tell me, Fierre. Tell me you don't feel this as I do and I'll leave you alone forever.”
“No.” That one word exploded from her and his face fell, his hands falling away from her in a movement that made her heart lurch in her chest.
“I'm sorry. I thought you…”
She reached out for him, her fingers aching to curl around him.
“Oh no! You misunderstand me. Don't leave me, please. I … want…” She couldn't say it, but it seemed to be enough as he grabbed for her again, this time dropping his lips and capturing hers.
