This is the first book i have read by Ciara Lake. I loved the characters and the sci-fi setting. The different take on foreign species and their cross cultural loves was very refreashing. :) def suggest it! xoxo--FunkyD.

I absolutely loved this book. I am a big sci-fi fan, as well as a big shifter fan. So this book was def. right up my alley. I liked the plot and story line, and loved the characters. I wouldn't mind a Kael of my own! Ciara wrote the perfect alpha. He was dominant but he was also romantic. He never talked down to Saleeya. While he worried about her safety, he valued her intelligence. There's nothing worse then a man that treats a woman like she is less intelligent. I don't call them alphas, they're just a**'s. I will recommend this to friends and look foreword to the next in the series!!

I really enjoyed this book. It has a very good story and the first sex scene is particularly atmospheric and hot. The rest is a bit vanilla for my taste but still entertaining and a worthwhile read

Very good story (quite long, too). My only complaint is that the dialog is 'stiff', especially for the Earth heroine, Ancelin.
