So far, I've liked this book the most in the series. It was more realistic. Unlike the other heroines in the series, Mercedes wasn't overcome with insecurities and doubts, she had issues, but they felt proportional to the story. She made sense, something I couldn't say with some of the other women (e.g. Alicia in Dare to Succeed). Same tith the heroes. They were strong and very Alpha, but not overbearing and unreasonable. My only real issue was that the ending seemed rushed, especially the the last few sentences, literally. But overall, a good book and like I said, the best in the series so far.

This is an awesome book. Mercedes needs these men as much as they need her. I liked how the one who fought the hardest, fell the hardest. If you liked this book you should also try, Orchidea: Love on the Bayou 5, Angelina. Happy reading.

Got a little sloppy on this one. Need to remember the names of the men. The first time, okay, the second and third were a bit too much! Maybe a little more story line and a little less on the sex...it becomes "Alright already"

I loved this series and hated for it to end. Great characters and setting. I sure hope the town of Chance pops back up in the future.

My love for the town of Chance keeps growing and growing. First off I love Mercedes her background story was fantastic to have to go through so much and still live a decent life. The couponing makes that she does makes the story more believable and you can tell that Dixie does a great job incorporating that. Her name is another thing that I enjoyed definitely different. Then there is Warner, Kurt, and Taylor. I love all three of the brothers but I must say that Warner was my favorite. He was the hidden quiet guy in the beginning with Taylor and Kurt being more active with pretty much everything but then Mercedes gets hurt and he steps up and takes lead full on and wow I loved that h was Alpha but not over bearing . The plot was different and I could even imagine more stories coming from this plot. All in all I loved it and loved the characters. Hope to read more about the town of Chance and who knows maybe even some babies from some of the players in this town.

I loved Mercedes! She seemed so real to me, more so than the other females in the series. And, she even clipped coupons!! I am so disappointed the series will end with this book. I was kind of shocked Dixie introduced new characters toward the end of the book if this is the end of the series. Maybe Dixie has a spin-off in mind...hint, hint, hint...LOL Thanks again, Dixie! Another awesome job!

Downloading d this book at midnight. Couldn't sleep until I finished.....what an ending to a wonderful summer series. Can't wait to see what else 's Dwyer has up her sleeve

What else can I say but I love Dixie's books. I love how protective all her guys are of their women and that is probably one reason I have all of her books!!! Another awesome short series!!!!
