Leah Brooke is awesome, and the Desire crew is one of my favs. I've been dying to read King and Royce's story since Blade's Desire, and the two men lived up to my VIVID expectations. The only reason this isn't a 5 for me, is because I wasn't as into their heroine. She seemed whiney, and spoiled, and it drove me nuts that she kept running away from her problems. I still loved the story, and King and Royce are my new favorite hero's from Desire.

SPOILERS*******I was really looking forward to this book. The storyline was very good and Leah Brooke kept me captivated as always but I wish there had been more interaction between the three leads and the rest of the town. I kept waiting for King or Royce to talk to Blade and for Brenna to learn how to play the 'game' but neither happened. The sex was smokin' hot but I felt like their was so much more that could have happened. When Brenna was hurt no trip to the town's Doctor. We didn't get to see the wedding or any reception just boom they are married. I wanted to see the others reactions to our threesome. All in all it is a good sexy read.

I enjoyed this book, but it seemed that the heroine was fake through most of it. She started out with one personality, full of fire, then ended with a totally different personality, very unsure and eager to please. This made it really hard to connect with her.
