Christelle Mirin loves a good story. Her love of reading led to her writing career. She writes every chance she gets, including carrying a notebook along with her to her regular job just so she can jot down notes and plot lines. Christelle lives in Ohio with her husband, son, two dogs and once in a while, her grand-dog. She has two daughters who live in nearby states and one grand-daughter who she loves dearly. Living along a river, Christelle’s family enjoys the water, whether boating, jet skiing or just sitting on the bank and relaxing.

Q: What is your writing day like?
A: My writing day consists of writing when I can. Not only do I work a full time job, I also do some editing and ghost hunting. I mostly write in the evening, when the housework and dinner are finished. That's the quiet time at my house, in the evening. I go through any notes I've made during the day and then begin writing whatever project I'm currently working on. It's always a good feeling when I finish a story and have it ready to submit to publishers.
Q: How long have you been writing?
A: Well, I've been writing for about twenty years now. I began writing horror, due to my love of Stephen King, and have had some work published in that genre. But then, erotic, sensual romance called to me and I began writing in that genre.
Q: Do you write under any other pen names?
A: Yes, I do. Christelle Mirin writes erotic, sensual stories with ménage relationships. Rhiannon Neeley, another pen name of mine, writes erotic romance in the contemporary and paranormal genres. Chris Neeley is a pen name I use to write horror.
Q: I see on your website you have links to paranormal sites. What's that about?
A: I love anything paranormal. I always have. I'm a member of a paranormal investigation group called Ravencrest Paranormal Investigations. I've been investigating with them for over a year now and we've found some very interesting stuff. I've always felt there's more to life than what we're living and by investigating with the group, I've found out there really is.
Q: Do you have any other hobbies? A: I don't really have time for very many hobbies. With my job, writing, ghost hunting, and spending time with my family, I really don't have any time left over. As far as hobbies, I guess you could call my dogs my hobby. I have two Cairn Terriers, which I breed. We've had two litters of puppies so far and they are so cute it's hard to give them up. For those of you who don't know what a Cairn Terrier is, just watch the Wizard of Oz. Toto is a Cairn Terrier and my male, Wilder Snoot, looks just like Toto.
