I was waiting for Ace's story and I was not disappointed. I love everybook in this series so far. Sad to see the newest release in this series is a android app read only book since I do not have a device to read it on. It should have been made available to everyone.

I had really looked forward to Leah Brooke's next release in her Desire series but I was a bit disappointed. I can't even say why exactly. Although I liked the story, it is by no means my favorite from this author. There just seemed to be something missing.

This entire series of novels has been a great reading experience for me and one filled with novels to which I have returned several times. All the characters are delightful and the strong bonds which define this community are evident in the way these people hold one another in their affections, full of respect for their individuality and for the contributions they make for the common good. In this latest book, the sheriff is featured, a man with dark and deep needs he is certain no woman can truly tolerate and so he has sealed his real feelings behind defensive walls. Now Hope Sanderson has returned and become the co-owner of a woman's club. Her heart has been set on Ace for years but she is hoping that now that she is grown, a college graduate, a business owner, and able to care for herself, that this dark and withdrawn man will allow his evident attraction to her become the foundation for a relationship. Yet even as he resists her persistent overtures, Ace realizes that his heart is caving in to his desire for her and she is meeting his every challenge with fortitude and continuing love. It is really about a man who wants so much to love but is really afraid that giving in to that need will diminish him. Hope is the only one who can change his mind and his life. It is a spectacular love story and carries on the tradition of find romance fiction for which Leah Brooke is well known. It is also another fine addition to this series and those who have followed it from the first will not only enjoy reading Ace & Hope's story but the continuing saga of this community and people already introduced in the other novels in this series. It is a wonderfully entertaining read and is sure to please all serious romance fans.

This was a really great story. If you like hot alpha males, and men in uniform with some BDSM action thrown into the mix, you'll want to read this one. Just enough smexy action and a story to go along with it! I love this entire series!

Heavens above what a HOT..HOT story. I would love to have three strong virile men ready to take me on. I love Leah Brooke's writing style and look forward to each book. Each one is just different enough to make them fresh and enjoyable. Erin was a hard nut to crack but Jared, Duncan and Reese finally got through the walls she kept putting up and made her see that she could be happy about loving the three of them. There is also a lot of wonderfully arousing hot steamy passionate sex in this story as well as a stalker that Erin finally is able to take care of. I love the dominance that the men show when they are handling Erin when she is in one of her tempers. Overall a very good book that I would recommend to anyone that love menage stories.

A wonderful series that I hope will continue to develope. There is so many people with a story I would love to read. Due to the large amount of characters it would be really nice to have access to a list of characters and their connections or family relations - e.i. a special homepage for Desire OK

I think a person might enjoy this book more if they read the other 4 in the series, first. That being said, it does give some reference to the charactors that were introduced in the previous books. I hope she continues this series as I have thoroughly enjoyed every single word. I have recommended this series to friends and family and have no problem recommending it to anyone else.

If you have been waiting for Ace's book, you are in for a treat! If you have not read the other Desire, OK books, I recommend that you start at the beginning. Ace still doesn't think Hope is ready for him but she is determined to prove him wrong. How she does that is the basis of a great story!
