What a neat concept to have different species mate, then watching each mating have to learn to live with each other, and some of them have to learn how to compromise. This series will land in my read again file.

Great first book in this series. These two male shifters are almost forced to join as mates. I cringed at Ant being a mouse shifter but the story does have its humorous side and very sexy.

Omg, Gavin's father is such a prick. At first Gavin is very cold, but then when you see what kind of father he has, you forgive him instantly. Ant gives him something he never had before and I was so glad that he wasn't too stubborn when Marv attacked Ant to see the truth. Great start for this serie!

Charming story. I loved how there quickly made decision turned into a forever love. Joyee Flynn always tells a great story. The rest of the books in the series should be a hoot if they follow this ones theme.

A truly awesome beginning to the Midnight Mates series and Joyee Flynn starts it off with a bang. Loved the characters and the drama. This is a series by three of my favorite authors and you should simply not miss it. On my way to get to the second installment right now! ENJOY!

This author's books tend to be a bit formulaic although I enjoy them. This series however is fresh and I really like the premise. This book in particular was a fun read.
