This is possibly my very favorite Lynn Hagen book! The Lakeland family pretty much rocks, but in this one we see much more of Pa Lakeland. He and his Luke are so cute together! Okay, I admit, I love Bear shifters, so the fact that the Lakelands are all Bears already makes me happy. This is a story that took me through just about every emotion possible. This is not a cookie cutter story…you know the kind ‘you read one you’ve read them all’. Ms. Hagen gave us a very solid, thoroughly satisfying love story! This is SO worth the read!

The title alone could have been enough to get my attention. The snow and thoughts of cocoa. :)I can see why this author is popular. Her characters are quirky and likable. I loved were bears, so this book was a must, even though I'm reading out of order. I might not know all the characters, but that's my fault for skipping books. I don't mind. Papa Bear was great. I felt bad for him at first because of his loss, but he gets his happy ending. This book had elves too. It had all kinds of critters. Just a good read. The author is good at writing snazzy narratives too in an interesting voice. I'll be reading her again.

Ever since the bears were introduced Malcolm has been my favourite. I loved the book as we got to learn more about Malcolm and see how much he loves those around him. Luke and Malcolm's romance was sweet and lovely.

I read all the books in the series They were hot steamy, the story lines were fabulous and the characters were a riot. The mates will make you laugh until you go in your pants.

I loved Malcolm, being the loving father to his boys and helping them with their mates..I was SO happy when he found his own mate in Luke. Such a wonderful addition to this series and well worth the wait.

It was an okay story. Don't really know if we needed a story about Pa, and why he HAD to be gay. I know what genre I'm reading and enjoyed the others, but seemed a bit unnecessary, and kind of out of place really.

This was great, papa had seen most of children with a mate it was time he had a mate of his own. And being a great parent he had a child to boot, the story line was great. I am waiting to see what will happen to the family next. i have read the next one i will say just one word VAMPIRE

This was great. Like the more recent books in the series, this book focuses on the Lakelands. This book focuses on Pa, which was a surprise.

This is definetly one of her better books in the series. Papa Bear finally finds his mate and has never been with a guy before. I always enjoyed the bears and this one is just as good as her others.

Wow, wow, wow. Did I wrtie that this story was like...wow? Really written well, with a story line that was fleshed out. I had to admit that I had moments of wondering who Malcom was at times then remembered it was Pa. Slight ick factor when Pa had sex but knowing that he was getting his happy on will get you past it. A story that can be read over and over again.
