This really would be a 4.5 out of 5. I have a thing for this series. I really do. I love the combinations that these ladies have put together for the heroes. If you've read any of the books in this series, grab this one, too.

I loved the reversal of roles in this story! The big guy being submissive and the little guy protective. Amery's past is so awful and Kirby is very understanding, there was a nice balance between the characters. It was nice how the vilain have a karmic bitch-slap at the end and I just wanted to be in the story so I could say to him "Gna gna, got what you deserved bitch!". Childish reaction I know, but it would make me feel great to say it in front of the asshole! :)

Another brilliant addition to an already outstanding series. In this one we have two characters who, unlike almost all the other pairings in the series, actually calmly walk into the mating without much fuss or angst. That, in itself, was a nice start. Add to that the fact that the characters just interact so perfectly with each other, the humour, the depth of emotion and the excitement towards the middle and end of the book - this truly is a winner. If you've not already picked up a book in this series, do it :) You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I's usually so-so when it comes to Joyee Flynn but this one had me laughing so hard! The story was a cute one and our monkey sure has fighting spirit. Love the 'poop throwing' scene.
