Normally I rate this author's books 4 or 5. I was disappointed in the storyline of this offering. I hope Ms. Dwyer will return to fully written plots with the heat she's very good at writing. That's an ideal read.

Dixie does it again! Another series that is steaming hot hot hot. I can't wait to read the rest of the sisters' adventures into bayou love! I must say, though, that the story is a bit jumpy in some places- especially towards the end- but it doesn't really detract from the overall storyline. I wavered between giving it a 4 and a 5 because of the jumpy-ness, ending up giving it a solid 4.5 in my mind. ;-)

Lordy! I have to say, I do love a man with a Cajun accent! Miss Dixie has done it again. This is a start of a new series and I can NOT wait for the rest! This book brings love, intrigue and mystery. Combined, they are a winning team. I have all of Miss Dixie's books so far, and love each and every one.

This one wasn't as good as this author's previous books. Her writing of love scenes is very good but she overdoes it at the expense of the plot. This story lacked much plot at all.

BRAVO! What a FANTASTIC book. I couldnt put this one down. Angelique was one lucky lady to have 4 gorgerous handsome men to want her. This was a hot steamy read and I so look forward to the other books in this series and to hear more of Angelique and her men.

I really enjoyed the realism of the bayou that was brought into such clear focus. I love the heroine's femininity and the distinct personas of the men interested in Angelique. The story followed in a fluid and clear way but I could not understand what the hesitancy and secrecy of Angelique's business; it just did not make sense in the context of a woman engaged in a menage yet so secretive about a business that she should be so proud. That being said, the heat, passion and desires stirred by living in the bayou was superb.
