I love Reece butler! I have loved every story she has written for the bride train series. I loved head strong Sarah and her story was so overwhelming. The only complaint I have about this story is that I felt it spent a little too much time on setting up certain stories for surrounding characters. Not that it wasn't entertaining...I just wished there was more of Sarah and her men. But still this story was amazing nevertheless. Xoxo --FunkyDiva .

This newest novel in the Bride Train series expands the story of a woman rescued from sex slavery after being sold to a brothel by her supposed fiance. Chosen by the men who saved her, she is still determined that no man will break her will, control her body and soul, nor rip away her plan to be an independent business woman. Yet her heart still aches for a home of her own, children, a spouse who will love her. The three men in this story are all very different, connected by circumstance and heritage, yet each sees redemption and renewal in loving this fierce woman. It is another fine story from a very good author and the latest in a series that embraces a part of American history that has been neglected until recently. Those who really like historicals based in American lore will really like this book.

I loved this story!!! I cried and laughed!! Sarah and Luke's love story was wonderful. I loved the scene with Sarah's cat in the tree. Sarah relationship with Oscar and Gabe was so touching and sexy!!
