The Strength of the Pack (MF) by Tymber Dalton (Published by: Siren-BookStrand, Inc. )
$6.5
Categories: BDSM, Contemporary

This reviewer's rating: 5 - Outstanding

Another amazingly strong addition to the Suncoast Society from Ms. Dalton. This book kept me turning the pages, not wanting to stop until I was done. The emotional range of her characters, and their unique and often complex situations could not be written by someone unless they had the skill Tymber exhibits. Eva and her Pack, are strong together, but they could be stronger. Nate steps in as the perfectly imperfect match to Eva, their journey to their own HEA is long and twisty and totally worth every second of your time.

Monkey Business (MFM) by Tymber Dalton (Published by: Siren-BookStrand, Inc. )
$6.5

A wonderful new story with an interesting look into the future. Tymber does a wonderful job with the exposition needed to build a new world and a new way of life for those here on earth. The monkeys themselves are an interesting group of men, and I am eager to read their stories. Celia, Tango and Doc's story is so much fun, the twists and turns in this new world as they look for a group of scientists who developed this new deadly virus (Kite) and may hold the key to the cure. Creating a way in which one can find love even in the darkest of times with the world collapsing around them is a gift, and Ms. Dalton has that in spades. I'm looking very much forward to the next 9 books in this series.

Divine Charity (MFMM) by Heather Rainier (Published by: Siren-BookStrand, Inc. )
$8.99
Categories: Contemporary, Menage a Trois/Quatre

This reviewer's rating: 4 - Good

Another strong entry into the Divine Creek narrative. Heather does a wonderful job taking Charity and Justin's marriage to a new place. The characters were well developed and had you rooting for an HEA from the very beginning. The way she brought their nearly grown children into the new family dynamic was sweet. This story would never have worked but for the involvement and eventual support from everyone in their family unit. The story had it's ups and downs, as a good romance should, but there were also some tear jerking moments. I won't lie, I had to put my tablet down more than once to wipe my eyes, stupid dust. ;-) Thanks Heather for sharing your world with the readers.

***contains what some may consider spoilers*** Once again Tymber gives us an engaging story of the small town residents who belong to this awesome little "coven". Sachi had been through hell, both before moving to Florida and even recently in the shooting, I was so glad she finally found her happiness. I love that the characters are flawed humans who don't expect perfection from themselves or others. The friends and families in this story wove wonderfully into the telling of it, Mandaline and her men, Sachi's dad and Aunt Tammy, such delicious pieces of this tasty treat. John and Oscar are real men, not buff, super alpha dudes. Like all of us they carry scars from their past and self doubt seeps in to their daily life. When the three come together it's magic, blessed by the Goddess and a smile from Julie. The investigation, and aunt Tammy were so much fun and created the perfect pot to put them all in and stir them together to cook up some hot and really sweet romance. Looking forward to the next chapter in this group's saga.

Awakening Veronica (MFM) by Heather Rainier (Published by: Siren-BookStrand, Inc. )
$8.99
Categories: Contemporary, Menage a Trois/Quatre, Western/Cowboys

This reviewer's rating: 5 - Outstanding

I love the entire series and Heather has yet to disappoint with any of the stories in this saga, but this one stood out for me on so many levels. As a long time target of bullying, both by family, schoolmates, workmates and on the internet I deeply felt Veronica's plight. I feel the way Heather handles the relationship between Hank, Travis and Veronica was handled perfectly and with a delicate while dominating hand. Hank has long taken the protection of the women of Divine deeply personally while denying his own needs and his true self. Veronica brought out every alpha/protector instinct of his times 1k, add in Travis and their love and support may just be the thing to heal Veronica, help her feel strong again and fight back in the most appropriate way possible. Much love and many thanks to Heather, while Heavenly Angel still remains my favorite this now runs a VERY close second. Can't wait for the next visit to Divine.

Tangled in Divine (MFM) by Heather Rainier (Published by: Siren-BookStrand, Inc. )
$8.99
Categories: Contemporary, Menage a Trois/Quatre, Western/Cowboys

This reviewer's rating: 5 - Outstanding

Tangled, tied, and twisted in Divine. In early January I stumbled across Heather Rainier's Divine Texas Series when one of the books popped up as an recommended purchase based on other titles I've read. I spent the rest of the month in Divine Texas enjoying the lives, and loves of the residents of this town. As a self avowed series junkie she had me at "Hey, here's the second book in the series." In Tangled we are re-introduced to Gwen, who've we met early on in the series, a sweet cowgirl with a big heart. Things aren't going her way and she ends up broken down and stuck in Divine, among friends, but still feeling broken and failed. She plans to ride out the year, do one more trip on the rodeo circuit and win back her legacy. But life is always what happens when you're busy doing everything else. She meets Julian, and then Chris, she knows about the quirks of this little Texas town, but can all their insecurities work together towards happiness or crumble everyone's heart to ruins? Heather again sucks you into the world of Divine, weaving in characters you've come to love over the previous 13 books. I cannot wait for the next one, and the one after that and so on...
