I enjoyed how the heroine was so strong willed and interdependent regardless of the situation. She worked hard to get to where she was in her life. She refused to let anyone get her down or stop her. I enjoyed how the main heroes of this story all had different careers although they were related. This was an amazing story and I look forward to reading more in this series.

This book was an excellent example of woman portrayed in the military and how they feel they should hold up to a certain persona rather than just be themselves and accept help. In the end regardless of who you are you should be able to let your hair down and enjoy life. The style of writing makes it easier to paint a picture in my head and visualize the story. Amazing story, characters and end result. I loved it!

Dixie Lynn Dwyer is by far one of my favorite authors. She knows how to write a story that captures the readers attention and keeps it. The story is about a previously abused woman who slowly learns how to love again (wish I had multiple men who treated me like a goddess). It is a tough journey but her men are there for her when she needs them. Buy this book the story is a dream come true!

Dixie Lynn Dwyer is by far one of my favorite authors. She knows how to write a story that captures the readers attention and keeps it. This is one of my favorite stories in The Sinful 7 series. It is a story about a very emotional journey that is near and dear to my heart. I am not ashamed to admit I cried, you will need tissues! The characters all really grow thru out the story. Dixie Lynn Dwyer is by far one of my favorite authors. She knows how to write a story that captures the readers attention and keeps it. This is one of my favorite stories because the heroine is a strong independent female who can take care of herself but slowly learns that you can depend on your loved ones and there is nothing wrong with embracing your femininity Buy this book you will not regret it..

Good book. The heroine was smart and independent and I really liked that about her. The men were pretty overbearing, perhaps a bit more than in some of the author's other books. But the heroine stood up for herself thank goodness. One thing I didn't like was that the author brought up a backstory of "issues" between Douglas and Pierre and it came up in a couple of scenes with Mikayla but it was never followed up on. I really wanted to know what that was all about but nothing ever came of it. In fact, I felt bad for Douglas. He had some kind of business mistake alluded to early in the story and then he made a but mistake with Mikayla later in the story. I didn't like that Douglas seemed to get the short end of the stick vs. the other brothers--especially since of all of them, Douglaswas perhaps the most intriguing, sensitive, and mysterious.

Another good book from DLD. I enjoyed all the characters---Marlena was strong, despite being afraid to get into a relationship with the men, and the men were wonderfully patient. I am really looking forward to the books involving Marlena's friends. I did havea few issues with the book, but nothing that dampened my enjoyment too much: After Mike's past was brought up by one of his brothers, I thought that was foreshadowing--that we would see Mike finally share exactly what happened to him. I was disappointed it didn't happen and it made me wonder why it was included at all. Also, there were some grammatical errors/typos ("edition" instead of "addition"). Overall though, this is, as usual a winner by he author.

Cassidy's story was amazing. She is one tough nurse/soldier. She could definitely hang with the best of them. I really admired her and the fact that the story really played on her strengths. Although Dixie's heroines are always strong Cassidy was even more. I love the fact that the town of Tranquility always look out for each other and is full of retired soldiers . Cassidy's men were amazing to her and really helped her just as she helped them especially Stryker. Their alone time was so sweet and special. A great must read!

As always, Dixie Lynn Dwyer pulls together another amazing story in the Soldier of Pear series. Sydney is a young lady that moves to Pearl with her mom, Stella and her younger sister, Ella. They are all looking for a new start in Pearl. Sydney gets to meet her Dad, Matt, for the first time in Pearl. Stella is rekindling her love for Matt while Sydney starts her career in singing again. Sydney meets four Marines that are determined to win her heart. Sydney doesn't have time for romance with her singing career or at least she uses that as an excuse. Throughout the story Sydney shows her four Marines that love comes from all that will accept it. Dixie Lynn brings the story together showing that holding grudges never settles anything and you must find a way to forgive and love again or lose it all forever. Amazing story for the amazing town of Pearl.

I loved this story. Sydney is the main focus in this story got himself killed and now her mother is recovering from having cancer she handles the brunt of the burden. Her sister Ella a few years younger is wild and carefree so Sydney has two jobs, school and looking after her family she is finally ready for a change and hopes to live her dream of becoming her singer. When Sydney's real father Matt reaches out again for a start to a relationship for them they all decide to move away from the city to change their lives only little Miss Ella brings trouble with her. Sydney is finally able to relax a little then she meets four men that want to be apart of her life. A life she is afraid she will not get to lead if she lets them in her heart. Oh Ella she is another I can't wait to read about she is trouble with a capital T. I feel sorry for the men that fall for her. I also hope to read more about Stella, Matt and Jimmy and where their rekindled romance is going. All in all another great one from Dixie and who doesn't love the Town Of Pearl

Really good book as usual, from Dixie Lynn Dwyer. The Good: 1) I really liked all the characters. I liked that the men had somewhat different personalities and definitely different professions. It was nice to see that 2 of the men weren't SWAT/law enforcement. It was a nice mix. 2) Lacey was great too. I really felt for her and all the pain shed suffered. I appreciated the was the men were patient and Lacey was cautious. I did have a few quibbles though. The Not As Good: 1) Some of the editing was off. I noticed a few times that characters were were called by the wrong names (e.g. Lacey instead of Suzette). 2) I liked Suzette from Book 1 but I didn't like that the 1st few chapters seemed to focus on her more than Lacey. I mean, the first scene of this book was a love scene between Suzette and her men! I literally had to put the book down and re-read the blurb to make sure I wasn't crazy and this really was Book 2 amd not Book 1 of the series! Again, I liked Suzette but felt like she had her book already and I was more interested in getting to know Lacey amd her men. Lacey & Suzette were best friends so I got it, bit would have preferred Suzette be more of a peripheral character. To be fair, she did fade to the background later in the book thankfully. 3). The wrap up with the villain/s and the ending seemed a little rushed. Despite those few iissues, enjoyed this book a lot. This author rarely disappoints.

I loved this book. Lacey was and amazing and she is such a strong woman. She has overcome a lot in her life. A crazy ex who took their relationship to extremes and really hurt her, then her latest ex was a cheating jerk who didn't value her at all. After catching her boyfriend cheating on her she then has to find new employment she decides to be strong and start her own business. With the help of her good friends she is starting to feel better and her life is looking up. She then meets Junior, Stone, and Louie. The three brothers has had their fair of heartache as well but are willing to take a chance on love. They soon all discover that what they have is a wonderful thing and enjoying the new relationship. However Lacey's ex is still in the picture and wants hers back which leads to problems for her. All of Dixie's stories has woman who have been hurt in some extreme way, the way she writes their characters with so much love and encouragement for them is a truly wonderful thing. This story did not disappoint and I loved the twist at the ending . Did not expect that . Can't wait to read the next one!

I say this every time but it is so true, Dixie writes the best books. Loved this one as much as I have loved all the others. Glad she re-visited Treasure Town. Loved how strong Frankie was in getting away from her abusive situation and being all alone in this world. This book keeps you on the edge of your seat towards the end when the bad guy comes back for Frankie, but don't worry there are four hot men there to save the day. Keep them coming Dixie style!

Beautiful, tragic, sweet and emotional read that I devoured in no time at all. The storyline felt real and scenes were brilliantly written. I love it when the author’s writing is creative and vivid that I can picture everything happening in my mind. I love it when there is a slow build up to their sexual chemistry; love it when you know sooner or later she would be with the four brothers. The four brothers are going to have to show her that they are trustworthy and that they are nothing like her ex-boyfriend. Francesca “Frankie” Sonoma wanted to leave the man she was going to with because he was a crooked cop but things didn’t turn out the way she had thought. Now she was on the run and needed to stay on the down low but a murder happens and she was the person that was attacked that night. Apparently Gloria didn’t like her but what she did to Frankie had consequences and Frankie is on the radar with the Hawkin brothers, Turbo, Mike, Nate and Rye. Mike happened to see Frankie at a club and he was fascinated with her and knew his brothers would be attracted to her. So when the Hawkin brother’s go to a bachelor party Turbo felt the instant attraction, as the other brothers but she wanted nothing to do with anyone that tried hitting on her. Then the moment that another waitress comes in and smacks her, the brother’s were there to help her and they wanted to protect her but she wouldn’t have it. Now Turbo is part of the investigating team of the murder of Gloria and when they interrogate her he is not the only one that knows she is hiding something. Carlotto wants to push his drugs into New Jersey and Prestiage is the perfect place to do that. Kevin wants Frankie and he will to anything to get her back and sooner or later they will find her again. Loving Frankie was an exceptional read that I enjoyed immensely. The characters were well written and loved them all. There was something about Frankie that I connected with instantly, maybe it was because she was so strong but over cautious so very real. Then of course there are the men, the four gorgeous men that were intimidating, alpha male but no matter what they were protective of Frankie they wanted to keep her safe. They were everything that Frankie needed to feel safe again and learn how to trust again. The sex scenes were hot and passionate and tastefully written. The Hawkin brothers were so tender with her that it melted me. I can’t wait for the next book!!!
