I am a huge fan of the Men of Space Station One books and was looking forward to this series. I ended up a bit disappointed however. The premise is really good, but the execution was lacking. I feel as if too much time was spent talking about the immediate aftermath of the crash and less time on relationship building. I never felt as though I believed the characters' emotions. For the first 1/3 of the book, I had no idea who Della would end up with! It was also jarring to have the name of the Major (a secondary character) changed half-way through the book. I kept asking myself "Who is Mike? What happened to John?". I gave it 3 stars, but honestly it was more a 2-1/2 star book.

I was completely sucked in to these characters and story and could not put the book down. My one complaint would be that the ending seemed a bit rushed. All told, this is an author that I WILL buy again!
