These Authors are great. I have read all the books thus far in the series and have enjoyed everyone of them - can't wait till the next one arrives. Story lines are well written and keeps you involved. Makes you feel like you could be these Characters friends if they were real. If only real life was like this and family all looked out for each other and their friends. Thank you Ms Covington and Ms Ashbury. All your books whether written together or on your own are well worth a read - I have them all now.

I've really enjoyed this series so far. Overall, this book was no exception. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 was the overuse of the phrase "strong men." The characters kept repeating it over and over and over again throughout the book and it became a distraction. I might be missing something here, but maybe some strong actions could have been substituted for the actual words once in a while? At any rate, this series remains an absolute auto-buy for me and I'll be first in line for the next installment.

Ms Ashbury has a wonderful way with words, draws clear and compelling word pictures, has written a highly erotic love story that is built on respect, kindness, a sense of recognizing their mutual needs and desiring that all of them receive that will complete them as people. Everyone who is a genuine romance lover will like this book and find in it the ingredients that make reading a wonderful experience. Just a fantastic read!

If you have not read the work of Morgan Ashbury, you just simply can't start with a better story. A woman who has been literally set aside by a self-centered ex and children who appear to be more interested in living without having to exercise personal responsibility for their futures, and a mother who just simply has never liked her, now meets a man who was a teen when she first saw him swimming in the nude and who has now come to her home with the express purpose of "claiming" her as a lover. Lily is repressed and oppressed by the significant people who have systematically cowed her with criticism of her personally, educationally, and every other way possible. Now her young lover has begun his own campaign to reacquaint Lily with her worth as a person, her beauty as a woman, her abilities as a thinking person, an individual who really is qualified to plan and implement her own future, and who is powerful in her own right. It is a delightful and heart-warming novel that every woman will rejoice in reading, with a hero who is one of those guys that any woman would be delighted to have as a significant man in her life. Just a splendid read and one that is already on my favorites list and one I will be re-reading in the near future.

This is one of those kinds of novels that puts the reader squarely in the middle of real life. It is also a novel that is up front about its BDSM content and yet the author has crafted a story that displays the healing and restorative effects that can come out of a Dom/sub relationship when it is safe, sane, and consensual. It is also about an older woman whose marriage really came close to destroying her ability to be in an interdependent relationship, as her husband literally threw all the responsibility for their relationship, maintaining the home, raising the children, managing the limited money he put at her disposal, etc. upon her. Now she wants to learn once again what it is like to lean on another, to explore her submissive nature, and to do it with a person who is respectful and who truly seeks her best interests. This is a very romantic story and will warm the hearts of readers as they watch the heroine slowly reclaim her true self, even in the glare of danger to herself and her future. Just a truly wonderful book.

A fantastic continuation of Lusty, Texas! I have all in the series and this one lives up to it's predecessors. Cara has a way with menage stories. I can see more from Cara set in Lusty and I am SO looking forward to them! If you have not yet read Cara, get her start in Lusty, titled Love Under Two Gunslingers. You will NOT be disappointed! There is mystery, drama, love and of course hot sex! The story then continues in Love Under Two Lawmen. Both of those are set about 100 years or so in the past. It sets the stage for the present day stories. I can hardly wait for the next books! Cara, you are on my prebuy list! Thank you for such great, great books!

I think this book would have been better without the drama and should have concentrated on the relationship. It is so cramped with theese extra attemps to put some action into the story. BUT that said the story of the relationship and its developement was very good

I really liked this book. It was hot. The dom in this book is pretty complex and shows many sides. I am now reading the pre-quel "Reckless Abandon" which is the title of the BDSM club they all frequent.
