This book was so good and yet so frustrating that I wanted to scream at both Porter and Gavin to get their acts together. I literally did not put the book down from when I started to when I finished it. Tymber has a way of extracting emotions from the reader and I was totally absorbed into the story of both men's pasts. I could almost feel their emotions, their frustrations and their pain. It is a great read. I can't wait for the next book!

This book blew my mind! It is the story of Hank and Maddox, two best friends since childhood who lost contact with each other for 14 years. They both move back to Sarasota due to drastic life changes and finally meet up. Maddox has had a lifelong crush on Hank and discovers it hasn't faded. Since he doesn't know how Hank feels about him being bi, kinky, and still crushing on him, he will learn to just be his best friend again. More drastic things happen to Hank and Maddox finally insists that they get married so Hank and JJ (Hank's adopted daughter) can be under Maddox's insurance. It will be a marriage of convenience if it has to be. We follow along the journey of discovery of what a deep friendship and having each others' backs can turn into. This book was filled with emotion and it deals with how people can react to stress. Tymber is a genius at bringing out emotions. I can't wait for the next book!

This book kept me thinking “WHAT NEXT?”: Tony and Shayla can’t seem to catch a break! Tony finally finishes the work he needs to do in Colorado and is looking forward to seeing his wife and going on vacation. The journey we take with them is full of emotions, along with some mishaps. Tymber is able to convey feelings on paper better than most. I love these slices of life she gives us of the group and I am waiting toward to the next

This was one of the most touching books for me in the Suncoast Society series. It is the story of Mal and Kel and how they try to cope with Mal’s anorexia. Mal decides on a treatment that Kel does not agree with. We go through that journey with both and we feel what they feel. This book touched my soul and will stay with me for a while...

I loved this story! We revisit with some of the Suncoast Society characters that we haven't seen in a while for a short morsel of time. . The book starts with a few of the Venture girls at a Girls Breakfast. They catch up and also discuss plans for the weekend at Venture. We then are guided through their lives individually leading up to the weekend. I enjoyed seeing these characters interacting and I would love more of the same.

We are back with Jonah and Gordon and I love it! Jonah was on tour while Gordon was home teaching. They need to figure out how to make their together again union work for the long haul. Along with some hot sex, we see how much they are willing to give in to each other and also how much they will take from each other. It is a journey that is worth taking with them. I hope there will be more to their story because I have some unanswered questions. Tymber never fails to suck me in to the Suncoast Society group.

Even when you’re in a perfect relationship everything may not be perfect within yourself. This is a piece of Rom and Colton’s life. It is after the proposal and going into the wedding. Matchmaker Ken, Colton’s aunt and the grannies take over the planning. I love the way Tymber humanizes her characters. She made me smile and cry and wish that the story would not end. Hopefully we’ll hear more from Rom & Colton in the future. I can’t wait for the next Suncoast Society book!

I love a good May/December romance with a Daddy Dom/boy relationship. This story is so good because it shows how someone in a family can try to break apart a relationship while also showing how it is dealt with by the others. I love Ken and his boys, who are giving the Frightful Five a run for their money in the matchmaking department! I love the hot sex and the determination of the men to make the relationship work. Most of all, I love this series and all of the characters in it. Thank you Tymber. You know how to manipulate my emotions with your stories- in a good way. I can't wait for the next in the series!

This book made me realize that fear can totally rule your life. Brett is so fearful that his closed-minded father will find out that he is gay that he lets the only good thing in his life slip away. Kodie is not in the closet and is heartbroken when Brett leaves him. He moves to Brooksville, Florida and starts a custom built motorcycle shop. He is offered a reality show and meets up with Brett. We go on the journey of these two men trying to heal and move on with each other, no matter the obstacles. It was both frustrating and heartwarming and I could not put the book down! I also loved the character of Ryan Ausar! He deserves his own book!

This story is about 2 males who are broken but looking for love. Rom has big trust issues and is hoping to find a submissive that he could love and live with forever. Colton is an artist, art teacher, and physical trainer who owns his own art shop, which he inherited from his late, beloved grandmother. She took him in when his parents tossed him out for being gay. Kent, Tim, and Paul enter Colton's shop and purchase some exclusive art pieces from him. Kent also happens to be a customer of the bank Rom works at and will only deal with him. After his conversations with both men, he decides to play matchmaker by inviting them to one of his parties. We take the journey with the men from their meeting to their falling in love. I loved this book because each man had his own vulnerabilities and was willing to work through them with the other. I hope to see more of Rom and Colton, as well as Kent, Tim, and Paul. Revisiting past characters is always a plus.

I love the holiday party stories! Seth and Leah host a Halloween play party for the Suncoast Society group. They both agree that a guest from beyond may make himself known. Seth goes all out on the preparations and Leah can only laugh at him and shake her finger at Kaden's picture light-heartedly. Before the party, however, we see how things are going with Ben and Jake- Jake wants Ben to learn pole dancing although Ben is not very coordinated. Meanwhile, Mads is procrastinating on setting a wedding day, much to Fen's dismay. The party itself mostly goes well, with the group finally reporting what they had seen in the past and June has seen that night to Leah. Also, Mal and Kel make an appearance, which is very upsetting to all. I hope we get a story in the future to resolve that situation- one way or another. June and Mark were invited to Fen and Joel's for a Halloween dinner and, on the night that the veil is its thinnest between the living and dead, June thinks she sees something. Fen finally admits to her that her twin July is in the house and helped save him when he was attacked. On the way home she talks to Mark about it and they agree that there may be more to life and death than they originally believed. I love this series and my emotions were all over the place- laughing at Ben and crying at Mal and Kel's situation. Now I can't wait until the next book.

This was a fun, sexy and sex filled book! Tymber takes us on a journey into a special day at the club- Cali doing a photo shoot of some of the Venture men in suits and ties and also some in other attire for the club webpage and her family business webpage. We get to finally see Landry and Cris again- who I personally have missed terribly. Also Gilo and Abbey make a big appearance. It was great to see the women get hot and bothered by their sexy suited men. Fun was had by all! I can't wait to see what Tymber has in store for us next!

Tymber gives us a peek into the dynamics of the BDSM lives of a male poly trio, two of whom are “legally” married, and the slave they brought into the marriage- complete with a ring and a contract drawn up by Ed (a lawyer for many of the Suncoast Society members). The story takes place on a weekend after a horrific work week for both Justin and Glen. Wade took care of Justin on Friday night- taking away his stress of the week. While Glen and his “legal” husband Wade are both Doms, they sometimes bottom for each other in order to let go and not have to think about anything but the sensations they are experiencing. Justin is purely a bottom and will only do what he is told when Wade and Glen top and bottom together. The sex in this story is ultra hot as we go through the feelings of all the men- the insecurities, the ultimate trust that they will take care of each other, and the love they have together. I could not put the book down. Can’t wait for the next.

Another great book from the Suncoast Society. Tymber Dalton takes us into the everyday life of Rusty and Eliza. She is able to do it in such a way that you really feel like you know them as friends and you empathize with them. Rusty is not dealing well with being on a month-long business trip in Europe away from his wife/Mistress. Meanwhile, their daughter is moving in with her boyfriend and Eliza makes the decision not to tell Rusty until he gets home. Once he returns we go through the gambit of emotions with both of them in dealing with things. In the end, love trumps everything and together they work with each other to solve their issues. I love this series because, even though the characters are “different” from what is sometimes perceived as mainstream America, they represent real people with real feelings and real problems with real solutions. Some may not agree with the dynamics of the big strong man submitting to a much smaller woman, but it happens to be “whatever works” and it works in this book. I’m looking forward to the next one.

In this book we join Fen and Joel in their journey of acclimating to married life in their new home. Fen goes to June's yoga classes and she introduces him to the pole and pole dancing. After trying it out while being taped, June knows that he is a natural. Joel sees the tape and goes wild. He thought Fen's yoga moves were beyond sexy but this is more than he can believe. You know he orders a pole for the house! Fen's bestie Mags runs a resort and invites the guys down for a weekend and then the fun begins... In the midst of all the hot sex and general good times, July's ghost makes her presence known to Fen. Joel is not really a believer but he knows Fen is and goes along with it. This book is basically about 2 men, their relationship with not only each other, but also with family and friends. It is about love, compromise, and maybe revisiting hard limits. I cannot wait for Mag's story!

This book is about a couple we have known since the beginning of the series- Tony and Shayla. Tony is under an enormous amount of stress with his job and is stationed in Denver and has been away from his wife/slave for too long. Shayla is in the middle of a very important part of her job, which has long hours of investigation and research. Although they Skype it is not enough. Tony gets an unusual phone call from his past and has more anxiety added to his life. He has to make tough decisions about work and also come to terms with his past. In the end of this part of his life, he is reunited with Shayla for a few days, only to have the universe conspire against them and make their reunion less than it should have been. There was not a lot of sex in this book and, although I love Tymber's descriptions of kinky sex, I think that it would have diluted this story of love and honesty. I can't wait for the next!

This book hit me hard! Being raised Catholic and going to Catholic school, I related to a lot of what was written. Douglas and Conner fell in love in high school. Being Catholic meant that they were committing a sin, as the church was very rigid in their ideas of what was right and and what was wrong. It ended in that Douglas walked away from Conner with a very heavy heart and neither man recovered from the split. Promises were made and 25 years later broke that promise by slamming his door in Douglas' face. Douglas was wearing a wedding ring and Conner found out he also was a priest for years. That triggered something very bad in Conner- something that was a deal breaker. The story shows us how their lives were lived and what brought them back into each others lives. It was very emotional and I could not put the book down because I needed to see what was next. I kept my tissues near me and I really didn't want the book to end. It is such a powerful story that I believe it is a must read!

This is the final chapter on the menage relationship saga of Cali, Sean and Max. After Cali almost died from an infection that she didn't take care of because of her bad insurance policy, Sean and Max gave her the ultimatum of choosing one of them for her husband or they would choose for her. They hashed it out and made a plan and, after she told them to choose, they implemented it with the help of Loren, Ross and Ed. The book takes you through the process to a fitting ending. This book continues after FOR THE ROSES. It is a book basically about 2 same-sex couples- Kimbra with Eve and Ron with Ivan. We have 2 drunken encounters that happened one week apart which changed everything and complicated all 4 lives. We see how the relationships form and re-form- how they struggle and ultimately survive the obstacles in front of them. We journey through the secrets and the feelings and the complex psyche of the 4. It was a very interesting read for me. Tymber has the ability to express her characters' feelings that resonate and pull out the emotions from within the reader. I cannot imagine what some people go through to get to where they are and how they hide their true selves from others. I love how they are exposed and rebuilt into the person they want to be and their potential comes through. I loved the ending and also the introduction of Porter..... Can't wait for the next book.

This book completely surprised me. It was not what I was expecting. The beginning of the book was comparable to the other “holiday” books with the invitation. Then the story took a turn and went on to mostly Cali, Sean and Max. A fire mishap, a bigger volunteer at Venture mishap and a life threatening infection make it a week to remember, or a week to try to forget. The characters in the book are real people. In a lot of series all the men are multimillionaires rescuing the damsels in distress. Although there is a place in my heart for those kinds of books,it is refreshing to read about relatable people. It shows camaraderie and how people can get together to help one another, whether it is wanted or not. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I can’t wait to get onto the next!

There are 2 people scarred both outside and inside. Meri has survived a double mastectomy following her breast cancer diagnosis. She lost her job, her Dom and her self confidence. Elvin is a teacher who lost his wife, survived a horrific car accident and is now ready to start learning how to be a good Dom. One of the Frightful Five sets them up for a date and they soon learn that they know each other from a former life... Meri was Elvin's student in school, although they are only 9 years apart in age. Elvin is nervous because Meri has much more experience in kink. He will not, however, let her hide herself and her scars from him. After all- he has scars of his own from his accident. We go through the journey of how their relationship evolves in the vanilla world as well as the kinky world. We also see how they overcome their fears and we learn another lesson- beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it mostly shines from within. The book was written with emotion and heart. Well done Tymber! I cannot wait for the next book in the series!

This is the story of Jackson & Noah. After his first munch at Suncoast Society, at which he was very nervous, Jackson, a Dom, doesn’t flaunt and yet doesn’t hide his homosexuality. He decides to go to Toucan, a mostly gay resort. Meanwhile Noah is on his second trip to Toucan, the first one he spent in his darkened room looking out at the pool action. He is 42 and a virgin who is buried in the closet, mostly due to his conservative family with an ultra religious mother. He is submissive and he is terrified. He meets Jackson in the dining room, they hit it off, they go to Noah’s room and Jackson takes Noah to places better than he ever dreamed. Then Noah gets an emergency work call and leaves. Later, Noah can’t remember Jackson’s Fetlife name and Jackson never got Noah’s info. The story goes on and they finally find each other and how they interact with each other and those around them. I liked this story a lot because Ms Dalton delves into feelings, both good and bad, and helps the reader to immerse him/herself into the book. It ended far too quickly and I hope to see more of these two in future books.
