I liked it but I was all into the book and than it ended when I thought there was going to be more.. Its a good book to read in between books.

I just loved this new series! Rex came home from service an amputee and is now suffering from memory loss. He is a good man that spends his time writing novels, and attending funerals and other services for others just like him. He gets some help from Clark his best friend who also has left the service and is suffering ptsd. Clark is another good man who's come who with problems he opens a gym and tries to lead a quite life! Ellie is a social worker who is tired of her dreadful job. Unable to really help the people in need. She meets Rex by chance and then fate takes all three of them down a new path ! Ellie has a shameful secret she likes both Rex and Clark ! She is torn between choosing one and then hurting the other and hurting the relationship between Rex and Clark! How will they all make this work? I loved this story! Looking forward to reading more in this series!

The plot was good but Marla completely forgot to incorporate Cap into the storyline.

I liked the idea behind the story. The men and women who serve and what they go through for their country. The problem I had with this story was the editing. I find it hard to keep an interest in a story when I read one thing, like a character's name, and then it changes to another name and then back again, for example.

i love the story lines. you really get into the characters.i did not want this story to end. i want to see the series continue with all the characters growing in their relationships and starting families. each one in this series has me reading them over and over. keep the books coming...you have a dedicated fan in this series

I absolutely love this series & this was one moved to the top. I wanted to cry for River for all she had to endure & she didn't let it make her give up. She could have so easily retreated inside herself & pushed Cassius & Merrick away. Those two were there for her from the beginning & I think it helped once everything came back to her. I look forward to hearing how they are doing in future books in the series & I'm looking forward to the next!

I am such a sucker for this kind of book :) sweet, down on her luck heroine, two hunky, attentive kind guys. What more could a girl ask for? No real plot originality, but well drawn characters you like and want to find their own HEA. Well done!

I had high hopes for this book. Sadly I was disappointed. Any woman with traumatic history as Nessa's would not be blasé about sex! And their first lovemaking was very muted and boring, yes Joseph "samples" between her legs a moment but then its jump on jess's cock and then anal sex and done! There was more of a connection between brother's thru their link than with Nessa. And the ending! WTH!! SPOILER ALERT!!! Bam she's shot; Bam she's pregnant; the End! I will give the next book a shot but it had better improve!

I have enjoyed reading this series, but it is becoming stale. It seems as if there is little difference from one book to the other. The same events are occurring over and over but to different couples. The only real difference seems to be the characters' personal backstories. I would like to see something different happen, some major shake up that begins a change in their society.

I love the town of Riverbend, Texas and this town created by Marla Monroe is AWESOME. I love Angela, Travis and Randy's story. A must read. BRAVO!

I was so excited to read Jessie's story and it was AWESOME! After all Jessie has been through with her brother and the terrible things done to her she found her two bikers to love Rhodes and Vernon. And was so excited when my hometown Springdale Arkansas was Jessie's BFF Home. So looking forward to reading more in this awesome series. BRAVO! Ms. Monroe you did it again, another fantastic book.

This book has everything you could ever want. Hot men, with love that makes you want to be there woman. A great story which brings their woman from insecurity to confidence. It has a bitch who tries to cause problems, who gets what she deserves in the end. Will definitely look for more by this Author.
