Jesus Mendoza is looking to get away from big city life and forget about his cheating ex-boyfriend. So when he has the opportunity to film a local Posada at a progressive church in South Texas, he takes the first ticket out of Chicago and heads to Puntos Del Rey.

The first thing he notices is the heat, but the second is hunky Frank Villalobos, his guide for the week of the Posada. While Jesus tries to keep things professional, his attraction to Frank is undeniable. As Jesus gets to know the members of the church and their stories, he learns about a culture that has long eluded him. But will he get to learn more about Frank, too?

"You clean up pretty nice," Frank said with a whistle, which admittingly made me blush. "Aww, that's so cute. Red is a good shade on you." As much as I loved his flirty-ish tone, I knew I had to be careful about how I followed this up.

"Thanks, you look really hot too." If my face was red before, it had to be the color of strawberries at this very moment. I looked over at Frank, and much to my surprise, his face was just as red as I pictured mine to be.

"Thank you. I really love it when hot guys think I'm cute."

Whoa, I thought. Did I hear that right?

"Oh, you're not just cute. You're really sexy."

Frank walked over to me, his smile beaming from ear to ear. "You think so?" He did a little twirl, which was absolutely adorable.

"Oh yeah. I thought so the moment I met you."

Frank got a bit closer to me. "And I wanted to do this ever since I met you." Frank leaned in and gave me a nice lingering kiss. I was shocked at first, since I couldn't believe what was happening. "This is a bad idea, isn't it?" I asked when we finally pulled apart.

"Yes. Yes it is," Frank responded.

"We shouldn't do this."

"No, we shouldn't. At least not until after our first date." Frank gave me quick peck, then picked up my equipment and loaded it up in the car.

"Is that little kiss all I get?" I asked coyly.

"Well, we did just meet. Trust me, I would love to hold and kiss you some more, but I would hate to keep the Father waiting or get in the way of what you are really here for."

I agreed, and we were finally on our way to the church.
