Xavier Carter lives in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois on a quiet street in a quaint cape cod. He started writing to fill his time between assignments as a software specialist. After working for a lifetime he decided that writing would be a great way to fill his time after he retired. Xavier is a student of great authors like Robert A.
