Roman and Philippe are hotshot Hollywood wedding planners about to embark on a new exotic location for big-buck weddings—Tahiti. The French government has just changed the law to allow foreign marriages to take place on these wild, untamed islands, and the ten-day, all-expenses paid trip to the South Seas can’t come at a better time for the couple. With Roman in remission from a near-fatal bout with male breast cancer, Philippe feels this is like their own honeymoon...except for one small thing. Philippe’s former lover, Tane, is still living in Tahiti and has his sights set on claiming Philippe for himself. Roman, feeling insecure following his devastating illness, watches helplessly as the big, muscular island god makes a play for his man.

Philippe, too, seems thrilled to see Tane again. He would love to re-experience the sexy islander’s touch, only with Roman participating in a threesome. But will Roman become mesmerized by the mysterious islander and agree to the salacious proposal?

Come, feel the heat of Tahiti and a demi-god named Tane...

“Phil?” Tane said in surprise. He smiled a little uncertainly at him.

“Tane.” His voice was flat and without expression. Tane noticed a flicker of something in his eyes.

The man who stood beside Philippe suddenly took Philippe’s hand, sending Tane a message that was clear enough. He’s mine. Hands off. Obviously this guy knew there was a history between him and Phil, but Tane was sure that he didn’t know the half of it.

Okay, Tane thought, looks like Philippe went and got himself a steady boyfriend. Not too shoddy. He was really hot actually, although at this moment, he had one hell of a surly expression on his face.

Philippe just looked uncomfortable. His companion was glaring at him accusingly, as if poor Philippe had just had raw, unbridled sex with some other guy right in front of him.

Tane smiled. If only the poor guy knew the things he and Philippe had done together. Philippe had been his first, had taught him everything. But it didn’t take Tane long to develop his own initiative.

“What are you doing here?” Tane suddenly noticed that, although he’d directed his question at his former lover, everyone was staring at him.

Philippe stood like an inanimate robot, as if frozen in time. A few of the others suddenly started talking at the same time, perhaps to cover up. Tane couldn’t understand a word coming out of anyone’s mouths.

He put up a hand and shouted, “Stop!” Then he smiled.

Everyone looked traumatized, especially a young, dark-haired woman who was probably related somehow to the boyfriend. They looked alike, anyway.

Tane knew he could be intimidating. He was six-foot-four of raw muscle, and usually when he told someone to stop, they did. Right now, he was feeling a little overwhelmed as well. Philippe should have been running this hotel.

It didn’t help that Philippe looked good enough to eat. Already Tane’s cock was stiffening in his expensive Armani trousers.

Again, total silence descended. And Tane noticed that more than one man in the group had his gaze zeroed directly on his groin. Philippe, too, except his was of the peek-and-look-away variety.

Tane cleared his throat. There was no point in initiating any kind of conversation with Phil now. He was sure they’d find time to talk…or…something…later. “Let’s get started, shall we?”

He watched people move into position and decided to avoid looking at Philippe and his boyfriend altogether. He had to go through with this. Although he was as much in the mood to initiate this mock wedding right now as he would have been to swim in shark-infested waters. He did have a responsibility to encourage tourism in the region, and given the fact that the French government had loosened the laws, this was a good thing for the economy.

Is Philippe married to this man by his side? Is that what you wanted from me, Phil? You ran from me. I know I’m a bad boy…hell, I broke your heart again and again, but you might have tried harder to tame me.

Philippe’s boyfriend suddenly let go of Philippe’s hand and walked off, just like that. Philippe turned around helplessly, and the dark-haired woman named Caroline whispered something to Philippe that sounded like a reprimand.

Tane knew Philippe wouldn’t chase after the boyfriend. Philippe had never been a man impressed by scenes.

“Well, let’s do this,” Caroline announced, looking at him rather crossly.

Tane nodded. He watched as the people went through their paces. He might have even said the right words at the right time, but as he did, his gaze met and locked with Philippe, and his thoughts traveled back to their past.
