Grab Bag 16 continues the mixed bag of settings, themes, and fetishes provided by habu’s eclectic gay male erotica Grab Bag collections. These fifteen short stories, written during the winter of 2017–2018, are laid out in the order in which they were written and represent inspirations that hit habu during a season with enough cold weather that he spent considerable time thinking about warmer locations than his mid-Atlantic, mountain-range foothills home and foreign locale escapes. Nearly half of the stories in the collection this time are set outside the United States, from Italy to the Middle East, Bermuda, and Amsterdam. For those set in the United States, five are set east of the Rockies and three are set in the Rockies or west of there A larger number of stories in this collection—five—are historical than usual.
