Little did she know he had heard every word. Yes, he and his brothers were extreme alpha men, taking what they wanted, and Dirk had a feeling this little spunky one was on their list for Christmas.

From the report that each of them had read, it had shown she had been attacked, and hat that the man was still wanted. The thought of that man out there waiting to finish the job he had started did not sit well at all with him. Before they left, they would finish the job the police obviously couldn’t do. They would find this man, taking care of the problem, so she wouldn’t have to be looking over her shoulder anymore.

Plus, if his nephew was going to stay here, there wouldn’t be any threat to him or her left behind.

“Would you mind showing us where Bret would be staying?” Arend asked.

She nodded. “Please follow me. I’ll give you a tour of the house.”

Dirk was so busy watching the movement of her ass that he didn’t see the corner of the wall, running smack into it. “Damn it,’ he grumbled and then  looked up to see Turtle holding back her laugh, but his brothers didn’t hold their laughter.

Joren slapped him on the back. “You might want to watch where you are going, oldest brother. I know our hostess here is a knockout, but she does not need you out cold on the floor.”
