The man or creature comes to the woods behind Maci’s home every night, hoping to catch a glimpse of the beautiful woman. He comes alone and on the rare occasions when he ventures closer to Maci’s home than he should dare, he knows that she is the one. Maci is the woman he was sent here to claim. When the woman enters the deep woods at the edge of her property one night, she sees him and is drawn to him, though she does not know why.
