[Siren Allure: Erotic Paranormal Romance, vampires, bondage, orgies]

Tonight, Rain Calisto searches for her man, and Rhys Matthews comes into focus. He is well-built and sinisterly sexy. In the same Denver nightclub, Armand Anastasio searches for his woman—Rain. But the men are more than gorgeous. They are vampires, and they are unmated.

A chance encounter lands Rhys and Rain together. Their attraction remains undeniably powerful and they fall prey to lust. With each passionate tryst, Rhys senses a connection that goes beyond the flesh. Unbeknownst to Rhys, Rain is a diabetic. Her insulin alters her biological makeup, disguising a revelation he isn’t quite prepared for.

Rain is Rhys's fated mate.

As they struggle with this knowledge, another bombshell is dropped. Rain’s insulin-laced tissue creates a rare vampiric blood that can fetch a hefty profit, and Armand has always known this. Is his attraction to Rain genuine, or is he just out for her blood?

This is the diary of Rain and Rhys. Recorded here is their transformation from a flesh fantasy to eternal love.

I found this book on a vampire book website and the link took me here. I was not really familiar with this this bookselling site. I love vampires and when I saw this was a story that entwined a diabetic woman that falls in love with a vampire, I had to buy this one the spot. Very interesting take on this DNA blood reconfiguration that effects the vampires meal. And I was happy to see this was a series.

Well developed story and I thought I read all that I could on vamps. This is a great ride for vamp lovers out there. I'm not saying anything to ruin this experience for anyone. Well done.

5 STARS: "I'm still having heart palpitations over Flesh Fantasy. I haven't read an erotic novel that made me laugh as much in a long time and I absolutely enjoyed the characters and the copious amounts of gratuitous sex. Rain is attractive, quick witted, intelligent and is a diabetic (how's that for a real woman). I love her smart mouth and her passionate temper. Rhys, though a vampire, acts in all other ways like a regular 21st century guy but oozes sex appeal. When they agree to engage in a relationship of carnal pleasure with no entanglements, neither expects to fall so deeply in lust let alone love. But when Rhys goes so far as to read Rain's favorite erotic novels in order to better understand her sexual desires, well, that is when I started hyperventilating. All gloves are off, no holds barred and absolutely nothing is too risqué when these two hit the sack. They are going to all kinds of lengths to explore their sexual fantasies. There had better be a series in all this because with the introduction of scrumptious supporting characters like vamp leader Steffan, it might just be my excuse to pack my toys, rent a room and not come out until I finish the book!" -- Tara, Just Erotic Romance Reviews

5 CHERRIES: "This was one of the most refreshing stories I have read in a long time and was an amazing start to a what looks to be a spectacular series! Stumbling upon your mate is tricky business, especially if the link is via blood. Rhys is unexplainably drawn to Rain, but they show no signs of being mates -- not that he is looking. He is a good time vampire and has no inclination to settle down. As their relationship is labeled a "utilitarian friendship", things were never meant to go beyond sex. The problem with this scenario though is that they have mind blowing sex. Rain Calisto is the perfect heroine. She is thirty-seven, independent, and professional. She is in touch what she wants and needs and has no qualms about getting it. She has determined that the perfect man will be hard to find, but along the way she will have fun kissing a few frogs. Hey, a girl has needs too. Rain and her girlfriends have even developed a fun game to find said frogs: The Junk Trunk. You are going to have to read the book to find out how this game is played. Rhys Matthews is intense and delicious from the start. Dark, mysterious and dressed all in black, he is a perfect contestant in The Junk Trunk game. His eyes draw Rain in, but with the crook of his finger, Rhys has Rain running to him, changing the whole game. These are some wild and wonderful vampires. With new abilities and unique characteristics, the were a breath of fresh air. This is a different take on the vampire lore that is enticing and new. Ms. DeLeina has a knack of writing awesome sex scenes. Boy, did she get me all hot and bothered. I will never look at food and spider webs the same way again. I know that sounded a bit creepy, but trust me once you read the scene, you will wonder where you can get one of those! I absolutely loved Ms. DeLeina's new universe. I finished reading, craving more. My mind reeled and my body yearned for the tantalizing pleasures in Flesh Fantasy. My only negative comment about the story is that there wasn't another book...yet. Read Flesh Fantasy and be transported into a fantasy world of erotic sex, deceiving plots and laugh out loud humor. This book does not disappoint!" -- Moonflower, Whipped Cream Reviews

4.5 STARS: "Rain Calisto just wants some sex, no strings attached. She's playing a game with her best friends when she sees Rhys Matthews for the first time. They start a relationship, denying their feelings and that they're in a relationship until they finally admit that they are in love with each other. But Rhys finds out that someone was selling serums from his family; the serums allow a vampire six hours of sun, without hurting him. Also, three people have gone missing and the kidnapper is a vampire. After being converted to a vampire, Rain is kidnapped by the same people that took the humans, Rhys decides to do whatever it takes to get her back. I enjoyed the story, it is the first book of The Ambrose Heights Vampires’s series. It has well drawn out suspense, since we never find who the bad guy is or what they wanted (I hope we eventually find out as the series continues!). The story is intense, deep, emotional, and vivid and full of hot vampires. I must say that Ms. Maya DeLeina knows how to hold your attention and I will gladly wait for her next release… and the next book from this series. It deserves 4.5 stars." -- Dolce Amour, Booked Up Reviews

4 KISSES: "Rain Calisto is searching for a man, one that will be just hers. When she meets Rhys Matthews at a night club in Denver, they find what they both have been searching for…each other. Rain’s blood turns out to be every vampire’s dream; it would be profitable to sell it. Now Rain has to wonder whether Rhys want her…or if he only wants her for her blood. Flesh Fantasy by Maya DeLeina is a fast-paced love story and is the first book in the Ambrose Heights Vampires series. I liked Rain; she’s modern, free spirited, and strong minded. I like that she has admirable traits which drew me into her character. Rhys is mysterious, dangerous, and has just a hint of a bad boy thrown in—something I like in my male heroes. He has a sexy and dangerous air about him which makes Rain have an instant attraction to him. While there is a lot of sex in this book, the storyline is very well done and is what kept me reading and looking for more. This is my first book by Ms. DeLeina but it won’t be my last. The well written storyline and romance in the love story made me want more. There are some parts of this book that seemed a little slow and kind of dragged a little, but for the most part, it has a great pace that kept me wanting to read more of it. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a paranormal novel with a little twist. If you like action, love, and lots of hot action, this is the book for you." -- Tina, Two Lips Reviews

"Rhys Mathews and his equally sexy friend, Armand Anastasio both have secrets of their own. Whilst Rain is giving herself shots of insulin, the men are giving themselves shots of Defender serum and swallowing Consumption pills to help them walk in the sunlight and consume food and drink, instead of depending on blood alone. No wonder they are so competitive. They're just two regular vampires looking for some fun. No need to look for a mate match yet, which is just the way they like it. Hell, they've got enough on their plate, working on the case of the missing girls and dealing with vampire blood thieves. But Rhys' need for Rain is too strong and amidst the throes of passion he feeds from her, starting a ritual he cannot stop. Realising he can neither control himself nor understand why he feels Rain is the one, when that can't possibly happen, he turns to his lair members, brother Steffan and scientist Eilian for help. It turns out that the insulin Rain injects temporarily alters her blood makeup, disrupting Rhys's basic function of identifying that Rain is indeed his human-vampire mate match. Now all Rhys needs to do is tell her what he is and what he has done, without scaring her off. That's if Armand, who is playing games of his own of which only he knows the rules, doesn't get to her first...From the moment I read the intriguing prologue and it left me gasping for more, I knew I was going to enjoy the mysterious antics of the Ambrose Heights' vampires. This is the diary of Rain Calisto and Rhys Mathews; a documentation of their transformation from a flesh fantasy to eternal love written in the first person from both points of view. I liked the danger element of Rain becoming a vampire without being given a choice of what she wanted, because Rhys couldn't hold himself back from the day they first met. Add to that some very HOT, seductive, breathtaking moments and the heat is on. In addition, the fact that Rain, runs a vampire book club, yet didn't see vampires as anything but romantic fictional characters, and her realisation of the truth is pretty fitting to how I'd react if this really happened. All in all, Maya DeLeina deftly weaves humour, hot loving with some hidden horrors all wrapped up in one erotic, lusty bite. The stage is set. The game begins. And the stakes are higher than ever at Ambrose Heights. A book to get your teeth into before the sun comes up." -- Sassy Brit, Alternative Reads

"Maya DeLeina’s Flesh Fantasy was such a fun and sexy read that I read it from start to finish in one sitting. Written in a journal style from both Rain’s and Ryhs’s points of view, we’re given a unique look into their human/vampire relationship. The story is filled with a supporting cast of characters all as deeply developed and focused, and each vampire has a unique ability that brings something special to the story. While this book is an erotic paranormal romance, it’s so much more than a sex fest with a bit of a story to back it up. This book is a steamy story of sensual fantasies come to life, boundaries bent and broken, and family loyalties that will last an eternity. Throw in some hot vampires, sexual spider webs, and humorous banter and you have yourself just about the perfect vampire book. Any lover of vampire romance should run out now and pick up this book. You will be hooked from the first chapter.  While Rain and Rhys are the focus in Flesh Fantasy, I quickly became attached to the other characters and certainly hope to see them in their own books soon!" -- Rhonda Valverde, Vampire Romance Books

4 STARS: "Before I knew it, it was over! The story just seemed to fly by; I was captured by the story right from the start. Character names for me in a read play a big influence in my enjoyment of it, I loved how the lead female character’s name was Rain, it was just perfect. I found the story at little up and down at times, but it still kept my interest throughout. The steamy scenes in this! Whew! Really well-written, they aren’t cheesy or generic, that is for certain. There is no denying the sexual chemistry between Rhys and Rain, even though it just started off as some fun between the two, they really make a great pair. The vampire elements were great in this and I liked how when a human changed into a vampire that their eye colour changed to their true personality trait, that was brilliant and I can’t recall ever coming across something like that before; “When a human transforms to a vampire, their eyes do a color inversion. We like to equate it to the eyes being the window to the soul. Whatever was engrained in their moral fiber as a human reflects during the turning in the eyes.” This read was full of surprises; just when I thought the story was nearing its end, bam! A plot twist comes out of nowhere and you are swept up in the thrill of it all. I couldn’t believe what Adriana had done, she was nuts! Genius you have to admit for how she went about her plan, but totally nuts and of course evil. I wanted Rhys to kick Armand from here to eternity for what he did to Rain, but I guess I will have to wait and see what the next installment in the series has in store and if Armand will get what he deserves. I have to say now that I have finished it, I have the urge to go back and read it again." -- Jet, Book Devotee Reviews

ADULT EXCERPT

“Stop.” He bent at the waist, one hand resting on my ass as his middle finger dipped into my crevice, sliding up and down. With his free hand, he unzipped my dress. “Now, back up and face me.”

I retreated.

“Rise.”

I rose slowly. My little black dress didn’t come with me. I stood in front of Rhys, clad only in my black corset, garter, and stockings.

I stepped out of the dress that encircled my feet. Rhys took my hands and placed them on his chest, encouraging me to move and explore. I responded effortlessly. His corded muscles felt powerful and potent under my hands. I traced both of my fingertips at his nipples and felt him flinch in response. I felt encouraged, so I took them freely, rolling them between my thumb and pointer.

Rhys closed his eyes and moaned.

I slid my hands down slowly to feel the ripples in his abs. My fingers deliciously danced across the peaks and valleys of his defined stomach muscles. Then I shot back up, lacing my fingers on his shoulders. Rhys dipped his head in for a kiss and took my mouth wildly. I had never seen or felt a man do it before, but Rhys did it.

He made love to my mouth.

“I want you so bad,” I whimpered as we broke our connection.

Between his heavy panting he said, “I’m yours and you are mine. Don’t hold back. Do everything you ever wanted to a man and allow me to do everything you ever wanted from a man.”

“Yes!” I said breathlessly.

I tucked my hands inside his shirt and stripped it from his body. My jaw dropped as the large tattoo was revealed.

It was a series of thick interlacing black lines. A tribal band of sorts that broke free from the usual wrap around the bicep. The tattoo snaked around his bicep, soaring up his arm, encircling his shoulder cap and then broke into free form—dipping, cresting up his neck, and ending just at his pectoral muscle.

“Oh. My. God. That is fucking sexy,” I said.

My voice was shaky and needful. You would think that as a writer, I would’ve been more colorful or eloquent with my choice of words. But I was all about the thrill of erotica, getting to the good stuff, so that could have very well explained my graphic directness.

Rhys’s hands went to his trousers, where the top lay open like a butterfly. He held his intense eyes on me as he gently and slowly undid his zipper. He dipped his hands down on each side of his waist, pushing the trousers past his hips and down his muscular legs.

What a great thing this man’s commando preference was. He was on full display—thick with pronounced veins and ridges…and no doubt ready.

And while my eyes were soaking in every detail and inch of his perfectly shaped body that stood in front of me, of all things, it was his hands that made me ravenous.

With one hand, he held the base of his cock. He wore black leather bracelets on each wrist, tiny silver buckles running on their length. His left thumb sported a wide silver band while the pointer finger on his right was dressed in a thin, simply stated black band. The choice of accessories the man chose intensified the downright badass sexy look.

With his free hand, he motioned for me to get back down on my knees. As I dropped to the floor, he bounced his shaft up and down ever so slightly, summoning me.

I moved forward.

I felt his masculine hand settle behind my head as his fingers spread the width of my skull.

I drew out my tongue, slightly tracing around his silky plum-shaped head. I dipped my tongue in his crevice, lapping up its salty release. I breathed in deep. Oh, I loved the smell of a man’s cock. It was a distinct scent, yet so hard to describe. A hint of soap and sweat, a touch of spiciness and spirit that was welcoming and cozy all weaved in its aroma.

This was the smell of a man that I craved.

My tongue traced the length of his shaft as he held it steady for me, feeding me every inch of him. At the end of my path, I flicked my tongue against his balls and I felt him stiffen even further in his stance. I wanted more, so I drew back, and impaled myself on his cock. He settled deep in my throat, making my eyes water, just on the cusp of gagging on his length. His breadth filled my mouth, spreading me open so wide that I could feel the tension all the way up in my ears. Rhys moaned deep and long, releasing his heavy breath throughout.

I released him.

He was covered in my wetness. Trails of saliva lingered, connecting him to my mouth. He moved to grasp at his base once again, beckoning me, wanting more.

I swallowed him down with a needful moan and he started to pump vigorously into my mouth, seizing my breath and control. I looked up as he engaged his gaze on what I was doing to him. His lips parted, allowing shallow, sharp, and fast breaths escape his body.

To see what I was doing to his control, to reduce this overly confident and dominant man into a quivering piece of meat, was powerful beyond words.
